This ladder may have been used as the painted parts show some marks but I would imagine it was used in practice drills. It has a 15 foot range and is for a 2 story house. I ship FedEx almost daily, anything Post Office such as media mail and 1st class only on Friday. Please be aware that the shipping time for media mail is 7-10 days. Check the date on the postage strip to see when I shipped it before complaining that it took too long. Buyer to pay actual shipping plus 85 cents for delivery confirmation. Payment is due within 10 days of auction end or item will be relisted . I accept Paypal only.
